That's not fair, i got my new HD box a week and a half ago and didn't get the new epg!

Engineer said i should get it within a week but nothing yet!

Excuse me if this is a daft question but if you upgrade to a Sky HD box do you lose everything on your Sky+ planner?

The planner is held on the hard drive in your Sky+ box, so I assume that if you swap boxes you lose the planner and any recorded programmes.
