you have got to give credit to catalans they look a decent team this year.will be very hard to beat on their own ground, both teams have a chance of success this year

I thought we should have got a penalty for a tackle on Shaul in the air, when we were still 6 in front. That could have got us down field for an attempt at drop to go 7 clear. But it wasn't to be.

Disappointing way to lose, after we put in a good performance and built up a match winning lead.

Absolute dumb !! . Everyone in the stands knew where the ball was going , Why the hell didn't we put up a taller player opposite Folau . Credit to Catalans they looked like scoring everytime they had the ball in that second half .

Tomkins showed what a good full back should be doing and someone like Evalds should be a priority for next season.

I'd give Wynne a go this season and see how he gets on. Realise he is still very inexperienced but so far he's looked good when he's played. If he shows us something we're currently lacking then we may not need to sign a new full back. If not then at least we know and can start a search.

Pathetic. The game should have been over by half time the amount of possession we had in their 20 but we have props stood at first receiver or driving it in time and time again. If portillo is coaching attack he wants sacking. Defence is even worse than attack. This squad is so underperforming that its beyond ridiculous. No direction and no leadership on the pitch

Two home wins in the last eight. One against London (35-22 after being 34-0 at HT) then the derby in round two.

Simply not good enough. Points are points wherever you win them, but Home games are vital income for the club. The marketing team do a good job in getting people in for the derby or on cheap tickets like today then more often than not the team let them down. Its been years since we had good home form.

Catalan crafted their tries very well. Our tries came off the back of individual efforts.

The attacking side of our game has not improved from last year at all.

28/10 up 20 min to play. Implode. Then win it again and then blow it. Shaul for me isn't the main problem . Made a try and scored one. Houghton great player but no captain. Sneyd was not a happy chappy at the end. I think he called there play but got no reaction. We needed a strong captain today and we havnt got one.

The hom win/loss ratio must be pretty poor for the last 2 years or so
