Seymour AND Horne both have major injury issues. Holdsworth is a great signing - but if we don't make one more "marquee" signing in the halfbacks - it's going to be a similar season to the last 5. Our detractors that point out that Arundel, Crookes and Johnson are average signings aren't all wrong, and as great as Ellis is - he's nothing but a tackle machine nowadays. We seriously need to wake up, we're embarrassing ourselves talking ourselves up without anything of real substance to back it up. We're in danger of becoming an entire thread of voodooroo's! So far in terms of recruitment, we've not matched the season the much maligned Tony Gordon signed Maea David, Shane Endacott and Tevita Vaikona, and I'm infuriated over the ridiculous hype that's WE'RE all making right now!

Our threequarters are absolutely crying out for a CENTRE of his quality. I'm sure we'd not waste him on the wing like Bradford did! Arundel and Crookes have a small chance of proving me wrong, but I've seen both play many times, and not been particularly impressed on any occasion.
