| I for one am pleased with this news. The Player and The deal is pretty much perfect for us.
He'll bring the leadership on the field we've missed without Ellis. Just needs to get himself back upto speed now, and away we go.

Shrewd move imo.'"
Credit to westerman to , knows the risk of playing poorly and not having a sl club next season, would of been easier for him to sign longer contract elsewhere. Good sign

not a good sign that Toronto walked away from £140K, time will tell.

| Well its all down to him now. He knows if he doesn't perform he'll be looking for another club. I'll bow to Radders knowledge on this although I'm not 100% enamoured with the signing.

Good point, will be interesting to hear what happened ! Does anyone actually know how he's been playing for them?

| On the fence about it. Always thought that Westerman was a bit "princessy" tbh and preferred him running a bit wider than through the middle. But on a short term deal, fine. Abdull's not been commanding a place in the squad in the way that Fash, Lane and Matongo have. They can't all make it I guess.

| Happy with it, we need an experienced forward and I'd doubt any better will become available at this time. We know how good he can be and hopefully he will show the form that got him into the England team. Good that he has signed until the end of the year, it's a chance to prove himself although I'd expect there is an option for next season already in place.
Seems to be coming with the right attitude as he could have got a better deal or sat in the championship on big money. Get him fit and we have a good player for the next 4/5 years.
Is he cuptied?

Hasn't been overly impressive in the games I've watched him play.
Looked unfit so will have to get his together as he's no doubt about to get flogged.

| It was no co coincidence you became a much better team the moment he left. Fancies himself as a playmaker but slows everything up.
Having himself too. Surprised Radford had him back

| I thought it was April 1st or fake news
He never gave 100% for Hull and for himself
It’s a last chance for him with us at least

| I like Joe Westerman, I'm glad he's back. He'll come back a different player once he's fit. He'll have done a lot of thinking while he was away.
He almost ticked a couple of big boxes with Wire, so got close enough to smell it..... he'll be hungry and and will want to tick them for real with us.
We've got him back at 28 a more mature experienced and hardened RL Pro. He knows this is a golden career opportunity that's been handed to him. Like Talanoas and Alfie to a lesser degree he'll confound his critics and this great piece of business from the club will see the the remergence of Joe Westerman within the Radford way of working, which we know can really give a new platform for players who have lost their way a bit. I think we'll see Joe's best years of his career with the B&W. He's hungry and he's got a huge point to prove and I think he'll get it right. And so will Radders. He's got my support.
Good luck Joe.... back in B&W

Total rubbish, when at Hull, his effort was excellent, often he was trying to hard to impress. Consistency was his issue, I hope we keep Hadley at 13 and play Joe out wide
