Im only posting what I was told and don't know exact details. One of the publicans is an FC fan and said he was disgusted at what he saw. HE was more critical of FC than even me

If it was BEFORE the CC final it'll have had to be the Wednesday at the very latest given the coach left for London on Thursday.
IF, and that's a big if some of the lads had a few sherry's what impact is that going to have for a game 3 days later? None, we bottled it on the day, panic mode throughout etc etc. A few jars had bugger all impact on the performance on the day if that is what is being implied

I think it will take time to build a squad capable of silverware and even break the Top 4 with squads Leeds, Hudds, Wire and Saints have. However I do expect a lot better in attack after two seasons, I personally think it's the players but the coach has to take some responsibility.
We sack Gentle though and its back to square one again.
