My genuine guess is that you'll sign a high(ish) profile Australian or Kiwi.
Sika Manu's Tongan background would get him off quota, so if you needed Obst's spot, I'm guessing not him.
If you just needed the cash, then maybe. There should now be a decent amount available, with all your 'outs'. Radford's and Obst's wages at least, I assume.

My info is Obst agreed to go to a club weeks ago (Wakefield I think) but was messed about and it dragged on, annoying Hull and Obst
