| I like most will probably not renew my pass. I agree with what most have said with regard to the club and coach. I am concerned that some of you think that the coach will still be her at the start of next season and he may be given a few games before any action is taken.
In my view that should not happen. He should have gone before the start of this season and he should certainly have gone after that first match against Leeds.
I now do not listen to what he says about the club etcetera as I have little or no faith in him. I do not recall over the past fifty years, another coach being given so much time to produce so little [remember that this is 'his team' now].

This is precisely what happened this season and, by God, there was reason enough to act after those "few games". Thing is, even if he had gone, say after Quins, you've then got the massive problem of finding the new man, persuading him to come, then playing a blinder with the cards Agar has dealt him. This will be the exact situation next year. We just never seem to learn.
For me, Agar should go now - the end of the season is too late. Quite apart from the fact that so many clubs are even now in the hunt there may not be much choice if we delay, the new coach must have time to recruit at least a couple of his own choice players and have a full off-season preparing and forming the team into something that resembles a top four side.
This last point being mainly a mental attitude and culture transformation. No mean feat and one which I think will take more time than there will be if Agar hangs on until the end of the current campaign.

Spot on. I'm very impatient now for an announcement of change to back up Pearson's stated ambitions. Might be unreasonably so, but I've been waiting 3 years, not 2 weeks.

Would you have felt the same if you could see us on Sky competing every week with the likes of Wigan and Leeds and winning courtesy of our exciting expansive style which is the envy of Super League? Getting to the Challenge Cup final every year and a couple of Grand Final appearances of which we'd win at least one?
I'm tempted to up roots, too, but the moment I do will, of course, be the moment we appoint Bennett and start to soar....
In reality, of course, and with hindsight - Good Move, mate.

I know. Perhaps the silence from Pearson is typical of him, but I'm getting desperate and my heart is currently somewhere around thigh level and sinking more each day.

| I think most Fc fans are just fed up of the situation and need some positive news . The interest in them is draining out of most fans

| last season i was voted supporter of the year,on account of making the 500 mile round trip for every home game.i had a season pass, and a reserved seat in the east stand.but this year,i have not bothered to renew my pass, but i watch hfc on tele, and listen to the away games on my laptop.if agar goes,i just might start making the journey again,to watch the team i have supported since i was in short pants, and i am now a spot kick off 72,and will give a lot of thought asto wether i start making the journey again next season.

It's just heartbreaking, isn't it, seeing it all just draining away. Pointlessly, when a simple promise of action, followed by an active and visible hunt, cold solve the problem within a week.

| Its amazing how 1 single guy can rip out the passion and heart from so many fans.
The feelings towards him seem to be turning from dislike to genuine hatred and its completely understandable as the clueless fool is full of lies and would do anything at all to stay in the job.

| I don't hate him, I don't dislike him as I don't personally know him. But I do not think he is the man for the job. He's had long enough, but then again part of me thinks the players seem to have genuine respect for him what if (and I know it's a big IF) what if he has been held back and we can kick on now?
I would love to see some big signings for next year, something to give us some hope.

| I understand what you are saying, but maybe I'm being naive when I think professionals want to win. If you don't want to win you should play for fun. Think I'm just too deflated about it all.

I bwlieve that most supporters will agree with the above. Richard Agar has in my opinion had his chance and changes have to be made. Many Hull supporters in my opinion seem to be of the same view.
I hope that Mr Pearson looks @ this site, or if not one of the management and then updates him. He must take action quickly. If not he will miss the boat and take a financial hit.
