my friend was talking to Agar and told him the club are trying to work him out and bring noble in ,if it is true would we be happy with noble ,ill be honest id sooner have an aussy but why im saying that after sharp i dont know

Agar told your friend this? or as you seem to have implied, your friend told Agar the club was trying to bring Noble in?

If rumours are that he offered to resign but board refused to accept it are true they must think cheapest option is to keep him.

Though i have not heard that rumour, i'd like to think it was correct. The tail has wagged the dog at this club for way too long and it was about time the board backed the coach.

Depends on their reasoning, if they believe he is the best person for the job then fair enough, I don't agree, but it is their money on the line. But if, as many suspect, it's simply cheaper to keep Agar on then it's for the wrong reason.

I can't imagine that he does. For him to (successfully) claim constructive dismissal there would have to be a fundamental breach of contract on the part of the club making it impossible for him to continue and entitling him to walk.

Publically at least the club seems to have been very supportive of him; some on here would say too supportive.

i would be happy to get rid of seven and try to keep tickle. he needs to have a rest during a game which he doesnt get which would make him a better player with his decision making.

Very difficult to prove with sports coaches, especially given the frequent public backing the board have given him.
