Tbf to Zod, they are mostly present tense statements from 2009, when Briscoe was picked by Tony Smith on potential rather than performance and it didn't go at all well.
He's excellent now though. Briscoe, not Zod.

More impressive was the turn of pace when needed for his first try. Was almost lulling Mathers and the other player (not sure who) into a false sense of security before speeding up. Couple of great tries tonight.

I remember saying he was something special when he first broke into the team and fc baldy telling me he wasn't (I do like to remind him of that every now and then ) |

There's some crackers on this board isn't there.
I remember when we signed Westerman someone wrote:
"Cool, a player who has had disciplinary issues in a position we already have plenty of cover for. You couldn't make it up"
and
"I think most people would rather see £175k (which is bollox anyway) and a chunk of salary cap spent on a half back"
Forget who it was now though ....
