Exactly. I think some come on here thinking what they see and write on here is read by ALL the FC faithful. I'd say only 1% of the fanbase post on here and no doubt a few more may read it then post but nothing will be done by moaning about it on here, nor protests in the stands. Talk about an over-reaction, it's laughable.
Rich Agar is going no-where and the club are standing by him and will do for a long time yet. Some people need to take a look at what stupid errors were made on the putch yesterday by FC and this lead to try's being scored by Leeds. Simple as, not Agar's fault when professional players let him down by making schoolboy errors. I hope he has them in for extra training and gave them a right bollocking in the dressing room after the game.

| The players not performing on the pitch excuse does not wash with me i'm afraid. They have under performed too many times for it to be down to just them. It is the coaches job to get them ready for games and Agar has not done this for far too long. Last season it was put down to the "bad influences" in the team, what are the excuses this time?

46188.jpg Hull FC Est.1865... Surviving without a Head Coach since 2008

the argument that 'it's down to the players on the pitch' drives me mad! Even if Agar was using the best coaching techniques in training and giving the players the finest tactical plans, if they don't translate that into performances when it counts then that is still the responsibility of the coach.
It was bad enough when this was trotted out last season, but now Agar has 'his team' it's beyond a joke.

I would have agreed a couple of weeks ago, but like I said on the other thread and I keep banging on about it but the way Moa was dropped on Saturday says that Agar himself is spiteful and lets personal feelings get in the way of the team.
The only way to make the board take notice is to not show up.

Agar cant be held reposible for individual errors, but there are plarnty of things he can influence but he consistantly gets it wrong.

It never ceases to amaze me that so many people seem unable to grasp this simple fact.

| Said it before and will say it again, Hull is a place that accepts mediocrity, you can tell that from walking around the City centre. It is drummed into people from an early age. The majority of the fans in the stand will calp and cheer at the end of a game, they are not bothered about the result, as long as a few tries are scored and a player kisses his badge etc.
The 'Agar Out' brigade is your diehard fan who lives, breathes and bleeds Hull FC and will not just sit back and accept mediocrity. The Board knows that the majoity of fans will accept the cack that was served up on Saturday, and will pay week in week out to view it, why would they want to change the coach for one that will get us out of mediocrity when it will cost them? Hull FC on the field is exactly where the Board wants it, run on the cheap, by a cheap coach who clearly will accept mediocrity in his players too.
We need to take a leaf out of Hudds book and have a mass clearout from top to bottom, and get a board with some AMBITION!

Totally agree with the first paragraph, well said.
But I still expect the 8000+ pass holders plus a couple of thousand others will
show up regardless of how the team perform.

Now i've heard it all.
