without wanting to start a "what did the Romans ever do for us?" spiral, I think Kearney contributed hugely to the 2005 team as well. We were incredibly lucky to see him in an FC shirt even at that stage of his career. |

Can't argue with that, we've never had a leader like him since.
a lot of our 'problems' stem from that alone.
I don't think there are that many leaders of his quality around now. |

What we seem to do is move far to many people around when we get a injury.

Berrigan, Cusack, Calderwood, Hall and Burnett out.
Sharp and Westerman in.
Two good signings but on balance I don't see how we can expect better next season. Infact, we'll do well to stand still. Having said that I'm seldom accurate with predictions so we'll no doubt fair very well.
