These quota rules are confusing to say the least. I think it should be plain and simple - if your born outside Britain or Ireland, your an overseas player.

...and don't forget that if we were to sign an English player from union they would also count on quota as the rules stand!

Surely if that was challenged under employment law that would be changed

we'd more than likely fook it up and he would end up taking 2 quota spaces

or we would sign tangata toa from celtic and the idiots in the office would put it down as 2 players coming

It's a self imposed ruling by the clubs. Can't be enforced legally

How? Employment Law doesnt cover non-legislative quota's imposed by individual sports. (and the rules surrounding it)

Moore is average like Koki had one good season, kear seems to having a knack of getting players playing above their station, only to be average for the nxt couple of seasons.

Thacks and King are far better players, Moore is decent going forward but is awful in defence, people on here get drawn in too easy by watching a player had a couple of great games and then thinking they are amazing.

I'd be happy enough to see Thacks, King and Moore at other clubs than FC next year.
