Pritchard has proven that he's far more effective outside. If we're to use a back rower up the middle when Ellis isn't on. It should be Manu.
You can see teams panic when Frank gets the ball out wide. Just follow him up and he'll cause havoc.

No win scenario but Radford really has to have a rethink regarding using the squad for such games and have some faith in those squad members that haven't had many games. We looked tired and really not at the races and putting more fresh legs out at the very least gives some players a break and a chance for others to step up and feel that the coach has faith in them.
it's how we react next week that will show us more
Easy to target JA when the rest of the team are well below par, and yes binning him off at ONLY 20 is a massive knee-jerk of an over-reaction, how many games has he played this year and how many games was that behind a poor pack?

Frank out wider has shown an improvement

Much better second half - including Abdull for fairness - but left ourselves far too much to do. At least we kept the score reasonably respectable.

I expected us to struggle after last week but I feel we should have done better than that. Far too tentative in defence in the first half. Onwards and upwards!

JA doesn't need binning he needs dropping and put in the reserves and actually lose weight. As a professional rugby player there's no excuse for the excess weight he's carrying at 20yrs of age

This. 100% this.

Nobody can argue that the lad doesn't have talent, but he needs drop his weight and get properly fit.

Keep saying this and also Tuimavave is much better at centre. He is also the one that can really play off Pritchard

Good times for the club but we have got to get a 6.

Very much second best tonight

Cas have to win pretty much all their games to have a chance so they were always going to come out blazing. Having a week off made a difference also.

Radford none to happy with that show. Said it was partly physical and partly attitude. He would have accepted it if we'd come out hard and blown out in the end but attitude all wrong.

I disagree, think we look a much more balanced, better defensive team with carlos at 6 within this squad. And given a bit more time think he will come good, hes got great balance and good speed, just needs to work on his support play from 6. But I do get what your saying and may be proved right. Just think carlos really could be the answer imo

For me Cas were better at most things for 60 mins but that was no surprise.

Still dont like Tuimavave, though he was at fault for two of the first three tries, granted he chased back later but i just dont think hes good enough for half or centre. Bowden played well though as did Shaul.

Just one of those games

Unless you have a medical problem like thyroid he can only put weight on by eating too much and or the wrong type of foods.
Surely the club should be monitoring this.
If he cant keep to a strict healthy diet and reach an acceptable level of fitness and speed then he is not being professional and the club have to make a decision whether he has a future with the club.

FFS we are at wembley still top of the league, playing a fresh Cas side after a sapping semi final and fans have a dig at Abdull?? he was not the reason we lost it was a vey poor first half by the full side. Cas took advantage their forwards dominated and fully deserved their win what next radford out ..get real for once
