If Allam (or Allam in the guise of the SMC) brings a claim against the council or FC he will have to disclose to his opponents and the court all sorts of documents relevant to the claim including financial ones. Commercial sensitivity or confidentiality is no excuse to avoid disclosure so it could get interesting. If he does go down this route I hope the council and AP have the b*lls to stand up to him because that's the only way to deal with a bully.

The points around rates and utilities is probably fair. The mortgage point is spurious as the SMC purchase was included in the overall deal, as is the maintenance point therefore- condition of the assets and cost of remedy should have been reflected in the company purchase price. Point 2f is my favourite. The numbers are different now because we've changed how we do them.
