Now that Tansey has gone I would sign Sammut in a 2/3 year deal, and still try and sign a a top SH for next season, Sammut could be used in other positions.
Not sure if this is happening today, but hopefully it is.
If this happens not sure where I would play him on Sunday

I would play him at h/back..Whiting f/back and move Turner to the centre.
Whiting not the quickest but solid under the high ball which I suspect we will need on Sunday, also his defence is very good. |
