Interesting comments on Super League back chat. Should Gareth Ellis have got together with Dobbo and allowed Rovers to regather the ball from the kick off after the try and walk in unopposed under the sticks to allow the game to finish as a draw?
A more interesting suggestion, and one that would gain Hull FC widespread respect throughout the sporting world, would be to offer a replay at the KC with all gate receipts going to charity. The publicity this would receive for Hull FC and the game in general would be massive. Exiles weekend perhaps?

The decision to award the try was nothing to do with Hull FC so we owe the Dobbins absolutely nothing! |

It wasn't our fault the try was given. Just like it wasn't Rovers fault that the try from the NFL pass was given last year. Was we offered a replay for that bit of daylight robbery? No, we wasn't.
This really needs to be dropped now IMO. Let the RFL have their inquest into the standard of refereeing (and rightly so) but any suggestions Hull are at fault for this are ridiculous. We are not the first team to benefit from a controversial decision and we won't be the last. |

So we should replay the game, a game that was a draw until that point, and risk losing that point! You'd be punishing the wrong people. Rod Studd is as big an idiot as Eddie & Stevo put together and back chat is an absolute joke of a show. |

Maybe we should replay Leeds v Bradford on the same day as a double-header and then restate the 2007 table? Would possibly need to then replay all the end of season playoffs as well.

Why dont you say what else was said...Andy Wilson was virtually laughing at the suggestion and said where do you stop.Just get over the fact that your team cant play for 80mins and was hanging on at the end.Studd also said that if Eden had caught the ball,we wouldnt be having this discussion...Stevo then said yeah but he didnt get 4 chances too like ganson did,Studd replied "he still wouldnt have caught it" |
