Maybe having players like Tansey,Rooney might bring the best out of Horne as his place will be no way certain and brings competition for places with everyone pushing each other
Agree with Whiting he has to be given a run in the middle of the park at either 1,6,13 to see what he is capable of because apart from Berro he is the only 1 with a footballing brain |

And I say that as a big fan of his.
Not sure if he has yet to come to terms with his medical condition or if it's fallout from his injury (or some of both) but right now he's a shadow of his former self. I really hope he can get back to the kind of form he's capable of but at the moment he's going backwards if anything. ![]()
Give us a fullback that looks consistently solid and I'll be very pleased after the last two seasons.

I agree, we can't have a full squad of big money earners and Rooney won't be on that much anymore. He's a better alternative than anything we currently have. |
