There is clearly a mental approach issue at the club, what is Radford doing about it. Screaming at players and critic sing them in public.

I'm not sure who takes the lead from who, bearing in mind that Radford was a player before he was a coach. Seems like a cultural/institutional thing at our club. Maybe the root cause of our problems? If you don't take responsibility for your own performance you'll never improve.

I have waited until this morning to post my thoughts on last night in the hope that I would have calmed down. Sadly I have not.

Last night was a disgrace! I keep trying to tell myself that it was Wigan and that I wasn't expecting a win. But given the amount of players they had out I expected a more even contest. Once again the players let us down (with the exception of Shaul and one or two others). They looked clueless and once again lacked any passion. They should be ashamed to be professional sports players.

But for all the players let us down, last night was the last straw for me with Radford. He hasn't a clue what he is doing. His tactics are woeful. Our defence is worse than it was last year and our attack is no better. It's his job to get those things right, get the players fired up for matches. Sadly he has proven that he can't do that for me.

He must go and it must be now. He's had his Wembley moment (the Widnes game) and he's had his Huddersfield moment (last night). I genuinely fear that we will get relegated if he remains in charge.

Noble's available. Tony Rea's available. Either of them could do a better job than Radford. I can't believe we sacked Gentle for this clown. Christ, I'd take Paul Cullen if we could prise him away from Sky.

in a way, I don't blame Lee, he was gifted a job he was never suited for. You only need look at him, he is in way out of his depth, I wouldn't surprised to see him wearing arm bands in Manchester next weekend.
