Best gig I've seen by far has to be Foo Fighters in Milton Keynes! Awesome weather, 90,000 fans and Biffy Clyro support. Best And consistent rock band IMO! still smashing out albums after so many years in the industry!

saw the lemonheads in sheffield the other night and whilst i enjoyed it, evan dando seemed to be going through the motions a bit - not much said to the audience and rushed through a few songs. that said they played a good set with the whole of the 'shame about ray' album plus some other choice tunes mainly from the 2 albums that followed ray, but also a couple of fan faves as well such as divan and ride with me. no big gay heart or into your arms though

going to london next weekend to see the manic street preachers play all 36 of their singles in one gig at the o2 should be a special night - even though it is in a terrible venue

I had my eye on that. Chose to buy tickets to see Inspiral Carpets at Leadmill next March instead.

Saw them at Leeds Fest in 2006, first festival after Roskilde. Pearl Jam always give a great show, saw them in Manchester in 2009 and it was superb. They'll be ace at IOW.

In Fear of Olive at the Sesh tomorrow night.

Steel panther, Motley Crue and Def Leppard was a good one last night!

Sultans of Ping next unless anything changes before. Would have loved to see Manics at O2 but could not get there.

Agree thought both Crue & Def Leppard were excellent particularly Tommy Lee and his 360 Rollercoaster Drum kit.

Just goes to show when you can actually play music and decent music at that you don't ever lose it, although think age has caught up with the voices or both Vince Neil & Joe Elliott, but still banged out the songs all the same.
