im right though,if certain people need to be on suicide watch cos of riches appointment then they wont want to give him the backing will they, the last words sharp said to agar before he left was good luck rich hope you get the job you deserve it,he never thought of going elsewere other then staying at hull, hes a highly regarded coach in the game hence the job offers he has been offered, also the guy has turned down the chance of a lifetime job workingg with tony smith and the gb accademy, was gunna be going to aussie, that proves to me were his heart lies, good luck to the bloke im sure he will do the bussiness for us and get us back to were we belong.

| Not sure if this was the right way to go, it doesn't seem to screem out ambition. I always thought Sharp wouldn't do such a good job as his experience of being head coach was not exactly inspiring, I thought the signing of either Murray or Folkes would have been a very good appointment. But hey, Agar deserves your backing as he has done a good job for you guys.

I would imagine some promotion within the club, Last to assistant, with maybe Mcnicolas taking over the under 21's and someone appointted to help run the 18's.

| No wonder the game is full of Aussie coaches when a decent young coach is being written off after 1 game (a game when we showed big improvements) What is our obsession with it having to be an Aussie coach? He has served his time as a number 2 give him a chance to prove he has what it takes, now is the time to try out an untested coach he has this season and the whole of next season to show he is the right man for the job. There is not the worry of relegation, so it is the perfect opportunity to try him.
What strikes me as odd is that a lot of these writing Agar off already were more than willing to accept Mcnamara as coach when we went for him, a coach who was also untested.
