| the whinos must see us as a potential threat or they wouldn't have made a post that has turned into a childs playgroup!
reading one of their other forum posts demanding a big name signing, it must be gauling for the current SL champions fans to see a lower club being able to attract players like ellis and prince!

| Great signing if you guys get him. Combined with Ellis, this would make Hull real title contenders now.
With a fair few Cas lads in the team I guess I would class Hull as my 2nd SL team. And with both clubs obviously fighting at different ends of the table again next season it will be nice to support both.

So you no longer think he has -
no pace,
no long kicking game,
never takes the line on,
a mckinnon type aussie,
an equivalent of signing Longy, more strapping than Horney and passed it

| Looking forward to 2013 if everything pans out. I think we can all start believing the sleeping giant is slowly waking up.

| Assuming Seymour goes, and we were to get Prince and McDonnell, is this our top 25? Not counted Cunningham. Looks good, bit light in experienced three quarters but Whiting and Horne could cover. Any more to go out? Aspinwall to be retained?

| Aussie RL journo on RH thinks Prince would be a sensation in England if he came to Hull. Quotes: Brilliant footballer, a genius at putting people through holes, would be a very good buy for us. Very highly regarded at Titans, "incredibly important human being". Blimey. It'll never happen.

No, I do still think those things, just the relative difference in skill, intensity & pace between the two competitions may see it being less of a problem. You got a problem with that?

I don't think I have ever being so excited about signing a player , I will probably cry if it don't come off now

watching some of videos of him on you tube, the way he attacks the line with confidence and evasion is brilliant to see, but not getting my hopes up until it's confirmed.
If he were to come to us and not see out his current deal at gold coast and with the cap in Australia being greater than here surely that would mean he isn't coming over for a pay day and that he actually wants to play in super league?
Also with PG showing personal interest in him to actually want to travel down under to speak to him to would be a more assuring that he won't decide to go back home early in the season if he did end up signing

Would be the strongest we've started the season for years. The only potential weak spot is that Crookes/Lineham and Arundel/Crooks are inexperienced. But with the salary cap you can't have experienced internationals in every position.
Its an improvement over the side that played in Round1 this season IMO (Note: Seymour was injured)
