Knowing our Board, they will give Agar a full pre season, then sack him 6 games in, therefore writing off next season as well.
It will be buy one get one free in season passes if nothing changes soon.

I'm really looking forward to the Harlequins game, not. I reckon we could see the worst ever Hull FC performance bar none. Agar couldn't motivate the team for games that actually had meaning to them, this game means absolutely nothing so heaven help us poor fans! For once the board should give the fans something to chear about and fire the Chuckle Brothers before Fridays impending 80 minutes of tosh!

In all honesty i think we've gone some way past picking out individual players for critisism. I lay the blame for our inept, leaderless displays at the feet of our coaches, Agarandsharp....It's one word.

Quote: weaver93 "The coaching staff are an absolute joke!!

Any good coach, would have analysed our last performance,
and put training methods in place to improve on our last performance.

They have had 15 days, to practice.

And yet, we still play the same dirge!

Dropping Calderwood is a disgrace!!, he is one of the few guys, who has a dig!!

Why not slowly ease Briscoe back to match fitness,in the under 21's??

Dropping calderwood is a joke, bringing briscoe back into a game after 4 months out in hot and humid conditions is an ingenious decision, moving tansey into the halves and putting whiting into fb beggars believe, continuing to play the same fooking donkeys every week that should be dropped shows just how clueless Agar has become. Please for the sake of the club do the honourable thing and walk and take your mate Sharp with you.

What difference does it make now ?? our season is over . If by bringing Thorman in we leave Tansey at full back , to gain the experience playing with the back line for next season , than at the stage we are at this season I will take it.

The blame lays firmly at the door of Agar and the board. Yes the players should take some responsibility but the buck stops with the coach. He is the one who has failed week after week after week to address anything. We still are a totally clueless team on the pitch that is devoid of any idea. Team selections have been bizarre to put it mildly, we have a coach that is only capable of taking us backwards not forwards. Now is the time for the board to act swiftly and for the good of the club and release Agar & Sharp with immediate effect, waiting until next season will just be a waste of another year and see us fall so far back from the rest of SL it will take years to catch up.

Quote: east hull FC fan "Exactly, also a lot of the reason I have defended Agar, I can think of plenty of reasons why he should stay, but in the last hour alone I have thought of 10 times more why he should go. I honestly believe that we could of won tonight if we had been better at completing our sets or actually caught the ball, all of which isn't agar's fault.
But dropping calders to accomadate a kid, moving tansey to 6 and whiting to fb when he should of just put whiting straight at so. Leaving the back line how it is and putting briscoe on the bench as cover would of made more sense. G. Horne consistently getting picked and moa not signed up yet! The list is fecking endless!'"

I have to agree i mentioned as a joke that Agar might do this and when my sis contacted me to say he had i couldn't believe it.

As a few others have said i have also defended Agar and have been willing to give him a chance but i am now, even when i try to find an argument in favour of him lost for words.

He has to go as well as the rest of the coaching staff it wont be good enough to just sack Agar it has to be a clean sweep of the brush, new man new staff everything.

I would like to apologise to everyone who i dissagreed with over the course of this season as i now know i was deluded and mistaken icon_surprised.gifops:

Fair play to you for saying so, it seems last night was the final straw for a lot of Agar backers. If most people on this board are now singing from the same hymn sheet then maybe we can do something to ensure a positive change at the club.

Sure was including Calderwood no doubt too!! He was 18th man and according to someone who is over there was the most enthusiastic in the warm up!

IMO I don't see us being rid of Agar because he's too bl00dy stubborn to resign. Add to that they won't sack him because Rule's backed him for next season and he won't want to lose face with the board. The board will take no notice of us the fans whatever we do or say because the club is so far removed from the fan base.

I was left absolutely fuming when the teams were read out on radio, learning Calderwood was dropped and G.Horne had been included. I was so incensed I would not listen to the game and actually hoped we'd get beat convincingly to hopefully make the board wake up and dispense with the joke of a coaching set up we have.

I will not attend the last 2 home games and hope a lot more fans irrespective of being a pass holder or not will also do the same in protest.
An unsually low gate or 2 may make them sit up and take notice.

If Agar is still in charge I will not be renewing my pass next season. I have not felt like this about Hull for a very long time even when Walsh was in charge but I feel we are in a worse state than even then.

How he is still in a job I don't know

he's hopeless completely out of his depth, and I fail to see any qualities he brings to the club
