He should have used his brain and stowed away in the back of a lorry and sneaked into the country then we'd be throwing money at him, giving him a house, mobile phone and a clapped out rover 45. He'd be free to stay here indefinitely, flouting whichever laws he wanted to. Imagine thinking that fighting a pointless war for a foreign country should convey you any kind of right to live in that country.

1) seeing as he his a professional sportsman he has that in his favour,
by that i mean that professional sportsmen seem to get treated differently to someone of a non sporting occupation
2) if he doesn't get the visa would this mean that he would only be allowed to see out his contract at Castleford and then have to look for work elsewhere when his contract expires
