It annoys me that people think Bateman and Whitehead are just gunna come to Hull because we have cash maybe they want to stay at Bradford mainly in Whiteheads case but for me Bateman will end up at Wire or in Australia. I'd be happy with Arundel, Ellis, Crookes, Holdsworth, Galea, McDonnell and AN Other and the retention of Houghton, O'Meley and Briscoe plus we also got Pitts and Watts in last season too.

chase was never going to come once we didn't sign him before the transfer deadline. I said at the time that was our one opportunity.

I think we where going to sign another prop, but the lack of available players meant we have (rightly) kept O Meley.

I heard about 3 weeks ago that we had approached Dobson but I dismissed it as we appeared to still be in for Chase.

As has been said, we've given up on chase. Problem after problem so we've walked away. We've offered a contract to a young half from the nrl, not sure which club or player name.



Johnson and McDonnel will be the next to be announced. Then a half and possibly another forward.



Bateman, when he leaves the bulls, will end up at hull. It was agreed for next season, subject to the bulls surving. He wants to play one more season for the bulls. I wouldn't be suprised to see him here next season.

We have approached them for Dobson but fudge is having none of it. We have offered the most for Taylor as well, but again he's having none of it!!



Not sure if all the talk of Taylor to wigan is true either, he's another player that could wait a season before joining us in 2014. Could be way off the mark on this one, but a few things I've heard suggest he wants to come to us.

I recall some-one posting a few months back that no way would Taylor travel to Wigan so I was surprised he was linked to Wigan, mind I heard he was Leeds bound a few weeks ago.

As I say, with regards to Taylor, I'm not 100% sure on my information. Fudge will accept any offer apart from ours, even if its half the price!!

I heard that. But I thought the player had to have played a certain amount of first grade games before they were allowed to play in super league. Didn't we try to sign a young halfback at the start of the season, only to to be knocked back because of that reason
