I am well pleased with getting this player, his professionalism alone will be worth the money.

Taylor has already tweeted, thank you for all he has done for him in the last 5 years and I can see him on our coaching staff in the future, another great mentor for the youngsters.

A lot of people suggesting he is going to be used as back up??? Providing he keeps himself fit and healthy, he will be one of the first names on the team sheet every week. He has had some brilliant games for Hull KR....Will be great to watch

Some people under estimate the importance of having role models. Look at Watts since hes been here, hes looked very good also Green and alot of that is down to Lynch . Galea will bring this for the back rows, the likes of Westerman and Kent will improve massively with Galeas hints and tips.

I'm very happy with this. He may be 34 but he hits some great gaps and he still seems quite quick for a man of his size.

I also believe that players who have won something are great to have in the squad for big games.

I don't care how many games we get out of Galea next season, he's worth having for a year just for the above reasons.

We have already paid a shed load of cash for Ellis to do this not sure why we need Galea for this as well tbh.

Because Galea can do exactly the same. He is still a quality player. With him Tickle and Ellis we have one of the most experienced second rows in the country. Can only be good for the young lads.

I can't understand anyone not being happy with the Galea signing. He is a superb player and a fantastic role model. It's a win win situation for me.
