Thought he was the best player on the pitch today. Thats the kind of player we need if we have any real hope of competing at the top end of the table.

I could understand that rumour more than him going to Saints, as the lifestyle in the sunny South of France is an attraction, and Catalan are more likely to match Hull's 3 year deal offer (Saints have publicly stated that they only give players over 30 more than a years deal in exceptional circumstances where a player has a great injury record, such as Francis Meli)
