| Quote BalearicHullFan="BalearicHullFan"it is a concern given that he has been assistant coach during some of our worst times.
'"
But then again I suppose you could look at Brian Kidd and Steve McClaren and say they were both at Man Utd under Ferguson during the success they have had over the last 10-15 years and neither of them ahve really gone on to be successful on their own.
If your going to be a success you have to have the skills and ability needed to start with regardless, whether you were a No.2 during successful or unsuccessful times.
Agar has the skills and ability from what I hear and now both he and the club feel the time is right for him to coach and lead the club forward as the head coach.
Good luck Rich, I hope your appointment is the start of a successful new dawn for us.

| Not sure if this was the right way to go, it doesn't seem to screem out ambition. I always thought Sharp wouldn't do such a good job as his experience of being head coach was not exactly inspiring, I thought the signing of either Murray or Folkes would have been a very good appointment. But hey, Agar deserves your backing as he has done a good job for you guys.
