Would tend to agree probably centre is his best position

| Watch the Rovers friendly and see where he played. He was devastating when running out wide. God knows why we use him as a battering ram.

| I've said it all along that Tuimavave is best suited at centre for Hull. His style doesn't mix well with our attacking structure. Move him back to centre next season and either bring in a new 6 if possible or play Abdull/Pryce there.
As for Pritchard, we're using him as we once used Willie Manu. As a bartering ram but atleast we kept Manu out wide. We need Frank running wide at oppositions half backs and centres were he won't be wrapped up as easy. Allowing him to get an arm free for the offload.

| I genuinely think he put pressure on our other forwards by doing so little. It's all well saying he's there to combat a big team but if you only make a handful of tackles and barring one offload you're doing nothing in attack then that's not combating it at all.
I know it sounds rather negative but I would drop him if that's all he can offer, he's shown a few glimpses but lack of ability to play decent minutes and not even effective as a 'battering ram' is proving to be very costly
And I agree abt CT but Radford has signed a big centre and big utility so we aren't accquiring anyone else from what's been said.

| I though Carlos had a really good 2nd half and showed what he can do, brilliant defensive work, i think you also have to credit Wigan goal line defence which like ours was brilliant. However I do think Abdul offers more with ball in hand. With Fonua out this week I think we might see it against Cas.
I agree about Pritchard, needs to be further out wide, personally think he is having a good season for Hull, but injuries have been a problem and I think there is more to come from him.

| Pritchard needs to play left edge running lines like a back row should. The lines Mini runs and he would be devastating. I don't think he's fit at all, seems to have more tape and padding on his knee every week. However, his presence will offer so much more and that's why he has to be in the team. I didn't think Stephen Kearney offered much to us in performance, but his leadership, his character and his legendary status gave the team more than just performance alone and I think that's where we are at with Frank. He has to be in the team.

| said last night at the match frank doesn't look 100% didn't seem to play many min,our forwards where out on they feet at the end yet frank didn't seem to play many min, hes doing ok imo just expect a bit more and like others have said get him out wide a bit, also when we near the line he runs dummy and the ball always seems to go past him, we was screaming for just once to give him it 5yds out and see what he can do, was Bowden injured? to me Thompson and washy both on the bench is a waste, yes we need one to cover positions but would like to see Bowden replace one, anyway back to the match and what a great performance, those last 10 min boy talk about nervous, well done lads ,COYH

| I know Frank would be better outwide, but how can we have him starting there when Minichiello and Manu are both playing fantastically?

They are..... but we have a World Class, strike player playing out of position....
Correct me, if I'm wrong was either Mini or Sika interchanged??

| Got to agree he has been mediocre so far, not helped of course by only playing a couple of games in a row before getting another different injury. He should be made to earn his place for Wembley, we've been down the 'pick players on reputation' route before and got burnt.

| He needs telling to run lines at the defence. He's trying to play as if he's a 6 sometimes? I've never seen him play like that in NRL. He's gotta be injured for me

| I wouldn't have played Thompson last night he's not effective enough against the big teams like Wigan. Bowden would have been the better option imo. Don't think he was injured, just a tactical change.

| Sorry but I think Thompson is just as effective in any scenario, he took the ball up with pace and tackles well too, as ever I'll get shot down in flames but personally I'd have Thompson over Washbrook, the former's work rate is just so much higher.
If Pritchard doesn't improve over the next few weeks LR really needs to think long and hard over the 17 because on a hot day with forwards blowing out their arris on a fairly big pitch (it's bigger than ours) we can't afford to carry a passenger and thus far Pritchard has been a passenger more often than not.
For what he is taking out of our cap and will take more next year (backloaded contract hence the need to reduce others salaries) he is nowhere near VfM

It would allow Both Mini and Manu to be interchanged appropriately. Both played last night without interchange when Pritchard and Thompson were on the bench
