| Looks like everyone is of the same opinion re Long and Obst so why shouldn't Agar see the same as us? Just what exactly would keep him from starting Horne on the bench?
Guess it depends what sort of game Horney has in France. He has had the odd exceptional one, eg Wigan, this season. If he does pull it out of the bag, would Agar have the guts to start Long on the bench at the derby?

Have to agree with you paul, Horney as you say supports well but seems to have lost his yard of pace, me and this bloke was talking about the same thing friday night, i too would go with long and obst

If you win on Saturday why would you split up a combination that has won the last two games?

You pick the best team available. The coach should be brave enough to change a winning team.
I expect, for example, Dobson will be straight back in the Rovers team when fit.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Disagree, I think Houghton should play the 80. No need to spell him at all.

| I wouldn't have Horne on the bench at the moment, he's just not doing anything that I can see, rather give Williams a shot.

Then I suggest you take a look at the video on the website. He's involved with runs or passes (and one admittedly jammy kick) in the build up to all Friday's tries and you can see him organising others around the ruck. I'm not saying he's back to his absolute best, but definitely feel Horne and Obst have looked a much more potent attacking threat and I'd rather see them carry on than bring Long straight back in. Nothing particularly against Long either, but just feel the other two are forming a promising partnership and Long should have to wait for his opportunity.

I'll watch the video when I get in, I just feel we need to move on from Horne and start looking to the future, otherwise we'll win nothing in the next 4-5 years.
