| Something that could possibly work for most parties is a system they used at the Suncorp stadium when I went last year. You can print out a ticket with a QR code from home or save an image of one on your phone, then scan your ticket/phone. It would save people having to make an unnecessary trip into town centre. Works really well for Brisbane.

| Quote: Errlee Berd "Fans will have to adapt.
Those without passes who go to games will have to organise themselves better and arrange tickets in advance. Those that through various circumstances decide on the day, will have to walk all that way round to the ticket office.
Welcome to the modern world you lot. If I wanted to catch a train this afternoon, I'll have to get myself a ticket to get through the turnstyles before I get to the platform. Picking your ticket up is an accepted part of it, just like it'll become an accepted part of going to watch Hull.'"
I can and will organise myself, but many won't be bothered.

| Quote: Errlee Berd "How many people would really be put off by having to walk that short trip round to the ticket office before the game?
Anyone on here willing to stick their hand up and say they fall into that category?'"
Walk no problem, queue's on the other hand will be bad.

| The beer increase for rugby only is a very direct threat to FC and clearly points to things getting a whole lot worse.
The timing of all this two days before the first home game is all aimed at causing maximum aggro

Quite likely to be bottom of the Premier League after tomorrows fixtures and not a hope in getting a result on Sunday at W Ham.
Old man Allam wont like that.Hardly helps him sell the club

Hard to argue otherwise.

| Where does it actually say that beer will cost more at rugby than at football?
All I can see in the club statement is that we are seeking assurances from the SMC that the cost will be the same.
Doesn't bother me anyway because I prefer to drink good beer before or after the match but I can appreciate the concern of those fans who like a pint in the ground.

| I would have thought "ensuring that parity remains in the pricing of match day drinks between Hull FC matches and other events at the stadium including Hull City match days." means we are to pay more than City.

Or it could mean asking the SMC to confirm that the price rise will also apply to Hull City games.

| Maybe the club could come up with some sort of prepay season card where you start with a blank card so to speak then just go to a online account and purchase tickets for games on that card rather well in advance or just on game day.
