According to Smailes, PG thinks that Whiting, Briscoe, Johnson, and Yeaman should all be OK for next week.

Just got back from Salford. Good solid display. Thought Horne played well and his kicking seems to be getting better each week. Minor criticism would be our defending for their second try.

What I thought was very impressive was how robust we were in our tackling. On numerous occasions Salford players were left feeling the effects of a fair, hard tackle.

Thought we were quite good last week too in this respect.

Enjoyed the game our defence was excellent and punishing at times. Expected us to kick on more second half but didn't realise how bad conditions were until we left the ground. Looked to be some walking wounded at the end but overall a good effort always looked in control. Thought our back three were very good and Rich Whiting was superb.

Nothing new there then. Mr. Reliable is our Rich.

I reckon five of those are £100k+. So even a conservative estimate would be a third. Certainly a result not to be sniffed at.

Any away win is a good result for us and with 6 of the teams above us playing each other this weekend we've made up 2 points on 3 of them. Just getting sick of these constant injuries now

Three wins in a row. Very happy with that. If we're ever going to break into the top 4 (not saying we will this season) then it's teams like Salford we need to be getting maximum points off both home and away so this result pleases me in that respect.

Bad news about Arundel but lets hope the others are just nursing a few bumps and bruises. Good opportunity to give some players a rest next weekend.

As a Salford fan I thought you just about deserved the win. Horne, Houghton and Whiting for me your stand out individuals, other big factor was your pack, despite your injuries still much larger than ours. Plenty of errors in the game, but that could be down to both teams playing a lot of youngsters. I think not all is negative from both teams, kids getting experience which will help them going forward, from our perspective, one 18 year French kid (who came through our academy) the rest English. Think you only had about 3 overseas players as well. So some positives for both teams to take from the game.

Were not allowed to mention that anymore, it banned from the changing room to the terrace!
