To save face:
I was told that this player was signing for Hull this morning by a good source. There would be some logic behind the signing if it were true, although astounding. HOWEVER, I would not be surprised if the said player has been confused by the source with another player who is a much more likely arrival. I've declined to name the player because I really find it hard to believe that he'd move to Super League.
