From what I have heard today, I expect it to be Brough and Myler. Brough was with his agent at the kc this week

Again . Brough wasn't any were near kc this week . Quicker people get brough out of our plans the better . I did mention myler as a option early this week , and with the halfs wire have I think we may have a chance for him . I'd go for holdsworth and myler as my choice of who we'd get . My first choice would be chase holdsworth .

How do you no brough wasn't at kc?? We have every chance of signing brough again. Id Prefer him back then signing chase.

can you imagine chase and eastmond together? The most skilled, least predictable half back partnership in history, but a complete disaster in the making

He's been mentioned previously but largely ignored by most of us. I'm beginning to wonder if there's something in this.

I just hope we get a half back with a kicking game. brough would be 1st choice but it seems it's not going to happen. Holdsworth is the only other one of those mentioned who has the kicking and organisational skills we need. Unless we bring in someone who hasn't been mentioned (someone from the NRL maybe), then I'd personally stick with seymour. A combination of chase with someone like myler would be rubbish IMO. Maybe we're looking at gale? I know that the club had been looking at players from overseas who haven't met the requirements for a VISA so maybe we're looking at an up and coming overseas player together with a more established SL player

What sort of structure would Gentle have to come up with, to accommodate those two?



If we are looking at partnerships, I think Seymour/Chase or Eastmond would be better than Myler/Chase or Eastmond.

If he stays fit eastmond would be an excellent signing would fit it with our style of recruiting.

I heard this a few months ago, but nothing since.

Personally think Myler is overrated. He's better than Horne though! He'd need a good half back to work with otherwise he'd be ordinary I reckon.
