The first Salford try, Briscoe should have done a lot better clearing up the kick and if it was Calderwood he would have lamented for poor positioning and for not diving in.

I think he could have done more, when the camera goes out the player who scored the try was way behind him, for me he should have dealt with that.

Don't know why we bothered signing Calderwood cos he gets no service atall, the only time he touches the ball is when he comes inside. There was that comical moment on sunday when he did take the ball, played it quickly and no FC player bothered to make acting half, Craig Hall tried bless him but coughed up it up like a good 'un. You could have Superman on one wing and Spiderman on the other but without the ball it would make no difference....mind you..Superman and Spiderman may offer more in defence..

They could go for a cheaper option and put Hutchie on the wing.

I sit in the corner it was scored in, Briscoe had plenty of time to deal with it TBH. He simply didn't react quickly enough or make enough effort to deal with it.

From what i saw he had to turn and make it accross but it was still 50/50 and was not helped by Yeamo dashing out and slipping.
