Just been looking at Lynch's stats. Not seen much of him this season, but Lordy, more than a pretty face.
4th highest metres made in the comp after Tomkins, Roby and Graham
3rd in the comp for offloads with 50 so far this season
9th in the comp for tackles - 699
5th in the comp for carries - 463
I know he gets a lot of gametime, and stats are sometimes misleading, but very impressive IMO.

You don't need to look at stats to know lynch is a quality player. Just wish we'd signed him when bradford did. |

I know he's a quality player. Didn't realise how outstanding his stats are, that's all, and thought I'd share. A lot of people are being negative about his age, when his delivery on the pitch is still clearly top notch. |

Didn't we take the option of signing Thackery instead of Lynch at that time?
To be fair short term we did alright with thacks, challenge cup etc but long term it would appear we would of been better off with Lynch. Bloody hindsight.
Don't understand peoples reservations with Lynch solid unit in an area which appears to be our potential weak point next year if were not careful. |
