Whatevers the biggest benefit of the side, but I do think whiting would excell as the right sided second rower. |

That or loose forward. I'd be happy with either. Or stand off.
To be honest, I just want him in a position where he's getting more time with ball in hand. He's far too clever a player to be wasted out on the wing. I see him as a McMenemy/Grimaldi type of player if he was to go into the back row: does the basics very well and capable of coming up with something a little bit special from time to time. |

I've said before, I think he could be very much like Chris Chester was if he put on a bit of weight. An oft-overlooked player IMO, Chester.

He had loads of ability - great hands. Shame he was always injured. I remember one season he got a decent run without injury (2004ish, I think - I'm crap with dates) and he really looked the part. |
