Don't be too surprised if there isn't a sacrificial lamb type exit, I think he's more likely to give the players the chance to change before he does anything drastic. He had an issue with Korbin Sims at Rovers, he didn't get rid of him though, he just didn't select him.

First time in a decade and a half that we have a proven head coach.
I can see Pearson letting him do what he wants on the playing side. Genuinely excited about what he will bring, and can see him bringing the club together on and off the pitch.
