I think he was using a fictional figure to illustrate how these loans work.

| In his fifth season, well established, 24 years old - must have 50 odd super league games ?
Experience & physical maturity not surprisingly ahead of the younger guys which will be reflected in his contract. I am a big fan & really hope the club don't dispense with him. Hopefully just salary cap issues the club needs to juggle at the mo ?

Wakefield might not even be paying that, it could be that Hull are basically paying Wakefield to have Hadley on their cap and play for them

| I saw him outside the ground last night with his family. He was wearing his Hull FC club gear so maybe his wakey stint is over?

Chris Chester has just confirmed in his press conference that @DeanHadley17 has extended his loan deal by another month.

Not a surprise, I'd have brought him back, but I suppose within Ellis, Houghton, Watts and Bowden back next week and the young lads doing well it makes sense.

I'm not sure it makes much sense but I don't think we have an option with the salary cap

| A real shame IMO, but on the plus side Brad Fash has seized his opportunity with both hands.

| You would imagine Hadley unlikely to earn more than 4k a month (give or take) which is a pretty marginal impact on salary cap.
Hopefully it is because he is getting regular games with long minutes which Radford thinks he really needs at this stage of his career.
At Hull even if in 17 he would likely get less minutes, which is more suitable for someone like Turgut who is just starting out. Hopefully in the mid to long term it will benefit all concerned.

Quite possible. It wouldn't surprise me at all if this was the case.

| We must have known of any potential cap issues going in to the season, and nothing has changed. Can only think it may be a fall out?

| I think it's just good man management to have him at Wakefield. He wouldn't get as much playing time with us at the minute. He goes there and plays much more minutes and comes back to us game hardened and ready to take the place if whoever retires of moves on. As for Fash well that's just one massive bonus if he remains consistent. Downs and Turgut look handy as well. I don't think we need to worry at all about the situation.

I thought with the live cap you couldn't sign any player that would take you over the cap so I don't see how we could be over it but I can't see any other reason he'd have been there with our recent injury problems. Like I said, I saw him at the KC on Friday in his FC gear so I don't think there's been a fall out
