Problem is I doubt any investigation would get past the "if we hadn't been forced to resign we would have sorted it out" defence. Both the old and 'new' directors have ready-made excuses.

Plus there is a good chance that the £500k went exactly where they said it would - keeping the club afloat for a few more weeks. When your wages bill is £300k/month as reported in the press then £500k doesn't go very far.

£300k, i've seen as high as £5mill a year quoted. Makes you wonder what the off the pitch wages are for, bearing in mind players wages are capped at £137,500 per month

Just one of the questions that need answering. Problem is with the old directors and the new lot spending their time squabbling in public and throwing misinformation at each other I doubt the full truth will ever come out.

When I address people on the thread and mention FC and KR fans it includes everyone. I don't give any mods special treatment whatsoever. You've always had a thing about mods and always will.

I thought I read somewhere that the money raised by the fans had gone on paying off some of the debt's that certain directors had personal guarantee's on. If so a completely sh*tty thing to do ( although many people did warn against the pledge in the first place).

Haven't seen that anywhere other than one post on the VT that didn't get backed up with any evidence. All the stuff in the press suggests it just got eaten up with running costs - which is pretty much what the old BOD said they needed it for.

Nobody was under any illusions that £500k was enough to save the club. The idea was to buy enough time to find an investor without going into Admin. So much for that plan...

No it's based on FACT. I am one of the moderators and we talk regularly and we do not give any other moderators special treatment compared to anyone else. It simply does not happen.
