I suspect you're right. Not played anywhere near his own high standard since before Rovers game IMHO. I just hope if he does go that we get him ripping in for us to the end of this year otherwise I'll feel a bit short changed. Maybe he's another being a bit overplayed at the minute.

I've always thought he'd be more effective coming off the bench.

Be sad to lose him but we will be able to spend what we we're offering him on either a quality prop, six or a centre. Which really will be better for the team.

hopefully we will have had the best out of him, the better clubs like wigan, leeds, hudds, wire sussed out that if you close manu down you close the majority of hull's attacking power down the left side!

He came out by himself for the warm up and at the start and halftime........he's gone I reckon. Mind you the boy Ellis sounds like he might be a good replacement!!

Absolutely spot on, he's definately going. I hope this isn't going to affect his game for the rest of the season thats all.

Thought he was the best player on the pitch today. Thats the kind of player we need if we have any real hope of competing at the top end of the table.

Whilst he is a bit of a nob, you can't say he's vastly over-rated. Easily the best 6 in the comp.

He's not 'easily' the best 6 in the league. Finch will run him close for that accolade.

I could understand that rumour more than him going to Saints, as the lifestyle in the sunny South of France is an attraction, and Catalan are more likely to match Hull's 3 year deal offer (Saints have publicly stated that they only give players over 30 more than a years deal in exceptional circumstances where a player has a great injury record, such as Francis Meli)

And against Hudds last week - Please dont do this Willie - if you are going at least play out until the end of the season. If you are not interested I am not either.
