Where does it say no voucher exchange ? Important 'perk' for me and others I know too.

| Maybe the reality is that they can't afford to drop pass prices, which is fair enough but at least be honest about it. If pearson had never mentioned pass prices then no one would have felt aggreived, but indicating there would be a major shift in pricing and then reducing my pass price by a fiver is a p2ss take

Agreed but why remove the voucher exchange scheme?
And fair enough about not affording to reduce costs but you can't tell me it costs £30 more to 'run' a reserved seat than an unreserved..
Not good FC.... Not good at all!!

He could argue that with inflation at 5% then in real terms passes are 15-20 quid cheaper.
However as you say I don't think that the expectation that was fired by his initial comments has been met and it was a mistake to raise hopes to those levels.
In any case most people who weren't buying passes weren't doing so because of the expense but because of the previous coach and owners being in place. On that basis surely we will see the lost 2-3000 return anyway.

| Another South Stander may be able to clarify but I'm sure my pass was £195 last year resulting in no difference at all!!

Spot on, he has raised fans hopes falsely and therefore created negativity.

| Well that was well worth the wait ]NOT],Very disappointed with this new, £5 saving wow, oh maybe £15 if they don't charge for paying by direct debit like last season, but me thinks they will charge.
Was hoping to be reduced by at least £20, wonder how many in reserved seat will change to unreserved and save themselves £30. That is quite a sustanial amount if you buying for family who are over 16 and not in full time education, I could possibly save myself £90. Don't think earson has really thought about this. may have the reverse effect on club finances if alot of reserve seat pass holders changed to unreserved.
Would also have been nice for them to do DD over 4 months or maybe 5. nearly £80 out of December Januar pay pack going to hurt alot of people this year..

Thanks for that mate.
This changes things for me. My pass, and particularly my lad's pass, has just potentially become more expensive than last year.
Because of the 130 mile journey I can't always get the lad out of school on Friday in time to get up to Hull. The voucher exchange was useful in that the games he didn't attend allowed his sister to attend others at another time. I didn't miss a game last year but previously it has allowed the Mrs to attend on my missed vouchers too.
I see removing this option and virtually holding last year's price as a major reduction in benefit and effectively a price hike. Totally unimpressed.

| With parts of east being made unreserved again I'd guess that some who bought reserved passes last year will have to move

| I am with everyone else, I am not bothered that the price drop is only £5 for me but why build it up into something its not.
The big issue is removal of the voucher exchange, that takes away a lot flexibility for people who can't make all the games but still want value for their pass.

Correct, last year was £195, AP would prob say that we have saved by not having to pay an increase on the 2012 pass prices, underwhelmed by this.

| Shame about the voucher scheme but I'm happy with the price.
Now all we need is some entertaining rugby

| Completely underwhelmed. The cost of my pass is the same, 195quid, which I think was the price in 2009 aswel. Pearson could have made a big statement with a noticeable decrease, but instead has left us all disapointed.

| sure an east stand pass for me was 220 last year before the end of the discount period! so 195 aint that bad. not sure about other areas! its in and around what i originally thought it would be! people started getting carried away speculating on 150 etc! 195 divided by 13 league home games and a 4th round challenge cup pass works out at less than £14 a game! pretty good that! pearson come to run a successfull team! not just throw his money all over and make massive losses! people want lyon, jennings, ellis, on top of what weve already got for 10 quid a game! think everyones got carried away with it all lately! good signings made, hopefully couple more with a big un,backroom staff looking better, new facilites on way,and a REDUCTION in passes! well worth getting a pass if you've been getting 1 and worth contemplating if u havent!
