Maybe that's what's been missing from a few team talks this season.

| Quote: Standee "We can do better than Noble.'"
Right now, that's debatable.
I've always been of the opinion that Noble is not the man to make us consistent winners, but he is capable of getting us back on track. If we can't get Anderson or the like just yet, Noble will get us to a position where we will be a much better proposition for that class of coach.

| Des Hasler; Brian Smith; Daniel Anderson; Steve Folkes
Anyone of the above please (would prefer Hasler as i would have three years ago when Agar was appointed).
When the chips are down, your backs are against the wall and you need to pull something out of the bag you take a look around you and see the men you have on your side and the man who will lead you......that in itself should be enough to win those games like Sunday's....problem is when you look and listen to Rich all inspiration is lost!
Limp, uninspiring, boring, lifeless........

| Quote: Standee "you're missing my point, Bradford spent a lot of money (that they didn't have) to support Noble, a bit like we did with Brian Smith.'"
That's not Noble's fault in the slightest. It's the same as the David O'Leary and Leeds fiasco, you can't blame a coach for spending money, it's what he's there for and he'll spend as much as you let him. It's down to the people running the club to tell them if the money isn't there to spend.

| Wasnt it the Harris signing that killed Bradford, not Noble?

A bit of both I think. They'd been spending more than was comfortable for a while, but the fallout from the Harris case cost them a lot too. The jumping ship of the main players in their pack within a short space of time then crippled them.

| A friend of a friend who sees Noble on a regular basis through his work said he told him that he turned down the Cas job, he's willing to wait till the end of the season and see if there are any developments at both FC and Leeds, as these are the two jobs he would take if available.
Personally I'd like to see us get him in before the seasons end, before Leeds try and nab if they lose their semi final.
He would get us back to being a top 5 side again, may not get us challenging for silverware but one step at a time.

Not true.
Morgan can have the Cas job, he was offered it two weeks ago but is trying to negotiate with Rovers to get his wages bumped up for his first year at Cas as it is a massive pay cut and has a contract he can sit on if they wont look after him.
He has even started putting a provisional backroom together for if/when he takes the job.
Noble is not working in SL for a reason.
Some of the bigger KR players begged Hudge for assurances he was not taking over before they would consider their future at the club and even the Crusaders didnt want him anymore.
If Hull are going to replace Agar and Leeds replace Bri Mac then I think they will be looking a little higher than Noble
