Yep we can sign Sammut.

He would still be non fed trained and we don't have a spot.

At this point I would be happy with Sam Obst, doubt he would cost the earth and would provide decent cover.

Sam Obst wouldn't be a bad squad player at all (as also Phelps isn't) but we are scratching around in the Boxing day sales after all of the quality stuff has been picked over by the other big clubs.
