With Cusack retiring if we lose both Dowes and Radford then we are definately in need of at least one more prop. I wouldn't mind seeing Hargreaves as a replacement, young and takes the ball up well. Wonder if the Agar may be tempted to take Wheeldon back?

if we were to get anyone fromKR, I'd like it to be Watts, but that'll never happen.

Hargreaves would be my choice as 4th prop along with O Meley, Moa and Fielden.

If we signed Wheeldon I would use him as the 5th prop and move lauaki or Fitz to prop, Washbrook at LF.

Not sure of any other decent props available.

The size of him now could re sign Cooky and play him at prop,have to shed a few pounds though.
Let Wheeldon go cause he was not good enough,That fact hasn't changed,Would love Hargreaves,but can't see it happening.

He has been told he can speak to other clubs so this would suggest he is available.

A good sign for our future application of the cap IMO. I have to say I'd be curious as to how much of a decrease the deals are, and what other clubs are willing to offer. Think it might turn out that they've been on pretty generous deals TBH. Looks like Agar is getting the required ruthless streak, too.

So the mail believes we broke our wage structure for Tickle? That would concern me based on the fact we've missed out on numerous class players in the past for not doing so.

Of course i wacthed him, many times, but the general consensus was that he was ok. Only when he left did people seem to realise what a great player he was and how we would miss him.
