| Robins lose 34-22, sounds like they had a fair few first teamers playing.

| 2nd half a bit disjointed and we got mullered in the penalty count.
Positives overall were lots of gametime for the forwards especially Lauaki who had a bit of biff with one of theirs, Moa and O'Meley. Well done to Jack Briscoe too. He was targetted in the first half and took a nasty high shot but showed his brother's attitude and improved as the game went on. Bet Dowes is wanting to include these friendlies to avoid the naked run. Good to see Burnett back as well.
Not sure there was much evidence of class HB cover though. Plus not sure what the thinking is for the centres vs Saints

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Well I heard both Cooke and Cook mentioned, Colburn, Webster and Murrell. All first teamers and that was just what Park mentioned.

From the line-up I saw only Webster ended up playing. The following were all absent (if it was correct):
Briscoe
Fox
Welham
Colbon
Cooke
Dobson
Vella
Fisher
Murrell
Newton
Galea
+ probably others.

Yeah, did OK and would do a job at 6. Think we're missing a Tommy Lee type player in the squad though as back-up 7. Don't want to be negative but for me Washy's not hitting his straps yet. Back row for me would be Manu (class apart today IMO), Burnett and Fitz with Lauaki off the bench. As said, no idea what Agar will go for in the centres.

Yeaman will be one of the starting centres for certain.
