So by that argument Richard Agar deserves no criticism for the poor state of the team because it is the fault of the people that employed him? and its also wrong to criticise any of the players for anything they do as they are the responsibility of whoever signed them?

We could carry this on into the wider world of employment and say, for example, that MPs shouldn't be criticised for fiddling their expenses since it is the fault of those that voted them in that they are there in the first place? A stupid example I realise but you get my drift...

Personally, I don't think that she's as good as the previous person, but that isn't saying much as I thought that he was pretty naff too.

I have to say that from where I sit I can hear whatever she says with no problem, but I would prefer a bit more enthusiasm from her.

The problem is... she thinks that by shouting she is being enthusiastic.
For a radio presenter she really doesn't seem to know how to talk into a mic properly.

I normally sit middle of south stand and agree that you can't understand a word she says. Had some tickets for the last match for west stand, right on the halfway line and she was clearer.

Still, her pronunciation is all wrong. Every time she announces "Danny Tickle" she makes me cringe.

I know, but the previous guy that we had didn't do much more. And at least she's shouting now, in her first few games she did nothing. I suppose that she would be a bit nervous, but it is her job after all.

Someone enthusiastic who can get the crowd going is a very much needed, especially as we've been so quiet this season.

Very mature for a moderator. I didn't realise all complaints and criticism should only ever be made in person but I'd have no problem telling anyone to their face anything I said about them on here or through email, I trust that you are the same.

There is a difference between constructive criticism be it in person or by letter/email and sending in emails saying "you're crap, but you're pretty fit so you'd still get it".
