Is the Leeds bogy reputation earned from the Super League era or the historical playing record? What is our overall historical win / lose record playing Leeds? I know that in all major competitions Grand Finals, Challenge Cup Finals and including Yorkshire Cup finals, total score is Leeds 2 Hull 1. We have never played Leeds in 2 of these competitions -the first and last.
It is possible to view a list all of Wigan's matches played since they first started in rugby league. Does a similar list exist for Hull FC?

Agreed. He was excellent and rightly got big raps from Radders.
Kelly's ball to Ratu was a thing of beauty.
Mini and Sika's breaks and killer passes to Sneydy and Shaully respectively were sublime.
Masi blasting through that hole wont do anything but build his confidence.

| Seemed to be a real desire to play expansive rugby. The wingers actually got passes in open play.
Leeds didn’t know what was coming with Sneyd, Westy, Kelly and Shaul on the ball.
Kelly was sublime. The pass for Ratu’s try was worth the entry money alone, and his try shows what a running threat he is.
Also, who was it that pummelled Hurrell in a tackle?
Have a feeling that it may have been Albert as well.

Its just LEEDS!! doesn't seem to matter what form they in , whos playing, just always expect them to beat us. that was really pleasing last night, well done Hull. Not sure about the crowd announcement though, did it say 12K seemed pretty full to me, even the south corners was full

| Think Houghton really stepped it up in the second half. Was quiet first half but maybe just looked that way because there was so much going on all over the pitch. But some great dummy half runs in the second half, a nice break with a quick tap penalty that unfortunately nobody was quick enough to support him on. Thought he looked really good.
I did get concerned a few times about our left edge defence. Far too often Leeds had an overlap and if they had a half who could throw a half decent pass would have ran in a couple more trys down that side. Thankfully on 3 occasions Faraimo was able to get a hand to the ball.
Onwards and upwards. Wakey will be a big test.

Defended like champions? We missed 38 tackles in the match which isn't championship defence. leeds found it pretty easy to march us up the field but were then completely inept near the line plus our goal line defence was pretty good on the whole.
We'll have to be much better next week if we're going to beat wakefield and we need westerman playing 60 minutes or so for us to be a real attacking threat

| Good to see both our half backs on the score sheet and the outside backs carried the ball really well. manu had his best game in a long time. I think he's been playing injured for so long now we've probably forgotten how good he can be so hopefully he'll stay clear of niggles for the rest of the season.
It's noticeable we're playing a more expansive game which is good to watch and having some real punch on the bench really made a difference last night so fingers crossed we can stay relatively injury free from here on in, get some players back and have a good tilt at the top 5

Didn’t count the tackles we missed, just saw the tackles which stopped numerous try attempts, what points did they score in the second half, without Ellis Westy and Tag off.
Then again I’m a half glass full sort of guy, rather than Leeds inept three quarters, I saw Carlos Kelly Massi and Sika and our two wingers doing a number on their backs. Well played Hull we were great after that nightmare beginning.

I just hope we dont go back to last few seasons style of play once we get some forwards back , because Radford has said more than once that the reason we are playing like we are is because of our lack of props . Hopefully not though .

| Thought the Leeds following was disappointing, also was some trouble amongst them.
Nice to see John Maloneys son, remembered by us.
