Fair play to us, really got back into it in the last 20 mins. Taken it to them. Can’t score for toffee, but properly upped our game.

If we started like this we could have had a chance second half.

The sad truth is that Rovers aren’t really all that- they believe a lot of their own press but we just aren’t good enough to exploit it. Upped the effort though but discipline is just ruining any chance we have and Sao is close to boiling over .

Our usual slow and poor start already done the damage.
We are just too lightweight and needed to be smarter from the start. In fairness we practically gifted Rovers their early scores due to our continual poor starts as if we just aren’t ready.

We’ve done well to stem the tide and get back in to the game but needed to get a score.

I know we have it tough and Trueman doesn’t have much to play behind but for a player on marquee money he really has got to start delivering something. It’s times like this you need your marquee players to step up and he just isn’t doing it.

I’m also not sure we are any worse in and around ruck/ptb than Rovers but seem to be getting pinged more along with offside calls.

Wish someone would just flatten Minchella and Lewis don’t expect anything else from Minchella as that’s all he’s got but Lewis has talent and does t need to be such a grub

Showing why we need a massive change of players next year. I'm not gonna blame one player as there's a lot need moving on. . Unfortunately today showing where we are. At least showed a bit of grit the last 20. But Rovers have gears to move up if needed. Painful to watch but good crowd here considering
