Like Graham, I'd also heard that investment was coming from a member of the Healey family and that it wasn't Malcolm Healey or Wren. Whether there is anything in it who knows, only time will tell but it would be a positive for Adam and the club.

Neither Eddie nor Malcolm ever showed any interest in local sport as far as I'm aware. Time will tell if one of the next generation has decided to invest although I'm not sure if an astute businessman would do so just to off a rival.

I quite agree with you regarding any business man willing to offload a load of cash just to pee off a rival. I can assure you from first hand knowledge that one of the brothers has invested cash into a local sports club. So who knows finger's crossed
