If we keep losing games Radford will get bulleted regardless of our owners good intentions to give the current head coach time.

Thats the problem .Radford should have known he was not ready to step up yet .
Pearson should have known that aswell .
But with the McRae / Gentle regime being sacked he had no one to advise him , but Radford !!
Sacking your DOR and Head Coach at the same time was not a good move.
Pearson left himself exposed in a Sport he knows little about with nobody of any RL experience at the Club.
Sacking Gentle now looks like a very knee jerk reaction from Pearson

Pointing the finger of blame should be aimed directly at Pearson. he promised a Sports Science Dept - Where is it?

IF he wants Hull FC to compete with the likes of Leeds,Wigan etc, he should invest more resources in the coaching set-up.

With the current coaching set-up ( No Player performance Manager,No Sports Psychologist,no Attack Coach) - not even Bellamy,Bennett etc could revive our fortunes.

Couldn't agree more, its a top down mentality that spreads throughout a group. Set the wrong example and everyone follows. I have never bought this once the players cross the white line its all down to them. Garbage, its down to mental and physical preparation in the run up to the game that influences what happens on it. Then when things go wrong how it is dealt with that changes the long-term culture.

Carvell in an interview before last nights game said that he thinks there is a real mental issue between what happens in players heads between the last training session and the game. The coach is therefore failing in his duty if this is not addressed. As already alluded to, the back room staff at FC look to be poor for Championship standard let alone SL.

You are seriously deluded, if you think this is what the fans and Pearson are going to put up with whilst radford sorts the culture of the club out and turns all our youngsters in to superstars and the next Wigan, leeds team! I think anybody with a little knowledge of the game can see we have serious problems on and off the field. I'd get rid of radford now, might give us a chance in the derby. I'd of loved radford of to done well, but I just can't see it happening, coułdnt understand the decision to give him the role in the first place looking back, he's been part of the so called culture at hull and must of had an influence on things as an assistant, so how did anybody expect things to change so dramatically, I guess only Pearson could answer that, completely gutted.

But it certainly looks like we are well under staffed compared to other clubs and Radford needs to bring in an experienced coach to help him.
